Lambden Window and Door collects personal information from users from our site. The personal information collected includes name, email, and the physical address of our customers. We use this information for the specific purpose of fulfilling your service request and visiting your home to perform an assessment for the purposes of supplying an estimate. We do not share this information with any third parties for promotional purposes and maintain a policy of only using this information for the purposes of being able to provide costs to customers on window and door installations. We also require this information so that we can accurately determine your location for a service assessment or installation appointment.
Customers also have the option of contacting us via phone at (613) 257-7904 to provide the information we need. This information is stored on our host servers in Ottawa and is protected by security protocols by our hosting service provider.
From time to time we may add or enhance services available on the site. To the extent that these services are provided for and used by you, we will use the information you submit to facilitate the service requested. For example, if you email us with a question, we will use your email address, name, nature of the question, etc. to respond to your request. We may also store such information to assist us in making improvements to the site that benefit other users.
