We at Lambden offer our customers a five year common sense labour warranty on windows and entry systems that WE install. Exclusions are storm doors and thermal replacement installations. Lifetime manufacturer warranty on vinyl windows and the warranty on doors varies (please ask your sales representative for details).
Common Sense Warranty

Warranty on doors varies (please refer to individual manufacturer warranty.)
Exclusion:
- Seal units installed into customers existing frame - 2 years on labour
- Please Note: There is NO manufacturer warranty on sealed units that crack.
No warranty if:
- Another party attempts to modify installation
- Natural occurences
- Abuse or vandalism
- Structural defect
